B/S/H in Gauteng is looking to hire a Sales Representative to service the Kitchen Channel in the Gauteng Area with a look to grow the KZN Area.
The purpose of the job includes:
•Responsible to represent the interests of BSH towards customers – Trust & Loyalty to dealers and end consumer’s is Vital.
•Reach a defined target under consideration of resources –Network with architects, interior designers and offer advice or direction on BSH products for all Kitchen Companies in Gauteng and KZN.
•New business development-Establish a foundation to grow market share in KZN
•Business development– Use Trade Shows and Launches to network and interact with dealers and end consumers.
•Work with Kitchen Companies to consult to their end consumers on BSH products and offerings.
•Grow the channel in terms of turnover and market share and awareness through Kitchen Channel.
•Uphold professional business etiquette in the Kitchen Channel for BSH.
•Product knowledge-Know how BSH products work, cook on them and use them.
The Minimum Requirements are:
•Degree, Diploma-Sales and Marketing or related
•General business skills, e.g. computer skills, professional business E-mail etiquette and communication skills, SAP System experience
•Sales experience - At least 5 year(s) kitchen company or contracts experience in selling premium brands.
•Selling & influencing skills – Ability to read clients and successfully guide them through the sales process as well as handle crucial conversations and demanding dealers and clients.
•Excellent communication & presentation skills – Presentations and training at dealer events.
•Industry knowledge (advantageous) – Must have excellent understanding of kitchen brands and features, what they stand for and materials used in kitchens.
•Product knowledge (advantageous) –Superior knowledge of BSH products and enjoys cooking.
•Team player, fits to BSH organization and brand – Work with passion and precision.
•Some travelling required and overnight stays – KZN dealer visits would require travel and overnight stays.
•Driver’s license- Essential
•Building up partnerships (networking) –Continuously communicate and network with dealers and participate in dealer events. (KSA (Kitchen Specialists Association) & Compusoft Integration)
•Must be able to work independently and autonomously
•Residence central within territory (preferably)
•Design Knowledge – Knowledge about Kitchen Design Basics and Appliance Application to Kitchens would be advantageous.
•Willing to work after hours and weekends in the showroom.
