Successful Sales Training

Post the success and positive feedback received from attendees the KSA will once again be offering a sales course via zoom on. The course material has been updated and will include a few additional modules to make it more relevant for the times we are in. These modules are :

o Communicating From Behind The Mask
o How to host and have engaging Zoom Consultations
o Making Your Customers Feel Safe in your Showroom

The course still includes the original content which covers the following :

o Obstacles to close
o Evolution of Selling
o Customer Archetypes in SA
o How to sell to the four different personality types
o Insights on industry relevant profiles and how to engage
o Sales process
o Overcoming key objections faced
o Tricks of the trade
o Showroom as a sales tool

It is aimed at business owners, sales consultants as well as branch managers with the intention to provide insights and tools to target, sell and close effectively. Economically the last two years have been tough trading and covid added additional pressure to that .The course is practical , easy to understand and offers solutions that can be implemented immediately to positively impact your business.

If you wish to book for the session on Wednesday the 14th of April from 10am to 1pm please email the names of your Team members to westerncape@ksa.co.za. Space is limited to 20 delegates for the session and placements will be done on a first come basis. We are also able to set up a session for just your Team as a team building and tailored to your brand.

Cost: The cost is R250 per delegate for KSA Members and R600 for non members
