KSA now formally recognised by the National Consumer Council and the Consumer Ombuds

We are very pleased to share important and exciting news with you. After almost two years of hard work the KSA has been officially acknowledged as a Consumer Organisation by both the National Consumer Council and the Consumer Ombuds. This has massive implications for the KSA, for our members and for the consumer…
• Our dispute process is now officially recognised by the NCC and the Ombuds • We are THE Consumer organisation for the kitchen industry • KSA members will be represented by the KSA to the NCC and the Ombuds and will not have to register directly with the Ombuds
This formal recognition will give our dispute process a lot more ‘punch’ and formality making it a more powerful selling tool for our members and offer the consumer a greater sense of security.
It has taken a lot of time and hard work by the team to achieve this status – as a team we are very proud to be able to share this great news with you all. It is definitely taking the KSA to a new level.
