B/S/H/ - Vacancy for a National Contracts/ Projects Sales Manager

B/S/H/ is looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager – Contracts/Projects to lead and grow their national builder and project sales channel. The role focuses on achieving annual sales and margin targets, developing and maintaining key relationships with distributors and developers, and driving new business opportunities within the premium appliance market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement national sales strategies for the Contracts division.
Lead and train the contracts sales team to achieve targets.
Manage pricing, contracts, and project negotiations.
Build strong relationships with key customers, developers, and distributors.
Collaborate with internal teams on budgets, forecasting, and compliance.
Requirements:
Sales/marketing qualification preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project or retail sales (luxury appliance or building industry).
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to overcome challenges and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
