B/S/H/ Has a Vacancy: Head of Marketing – BSH Home Appliances (Sandton)

BSH Home Appliances (Pty) Ltd is looking for two experienced Heads of Marketing to lead brand and product strategy across South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. Based in Sandton, this role focuses on driving brand visibility, market growth, and consumer engagement through impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing, brand, and product strategies to increase market share and sales.

Lead ATL, digital, and retail marketing campaigns, ensuring strong brand presence and alignment with global guidelines.

Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and performance KPIs.

Oversee product launches, market research, and competitor analysis.

Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

5+ years’ experience in marketing (consumer electronics/home appliances preferred).

3+ years in a leadership role.

Proven expertise in digital and ATL marketing, product management, and dealer communication.

Strong understanding of South African and Sub-Saharan markets.
